Assar Badri
Assar Badri serves as the founding CEO of CoreKinect. Assar brings a mindset of innovation galvanized after having spent 20 years in the industry, including 16 years at Intel developing systems and processes to optimize the power and performance across a variety of hardware and firmware solutions, ranging from client and enterprise system chipsets to flash memory and storage systems. An author of 11 US and international patents, Assar is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in manufacturing and electronics design and guides CoreKinect’s product design and engineering approach.
Assar holds a B.S in Computer Information systems/International Business from Arizona State University. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and daughter.

Ali Kozlica
As an accomplished leader he has served as the Vice President of Finance at HLB, a premier firm in the Health & Wellness Industry, and as the Financial Controller at Kudelski Security, a Swiss based Cybersecurity firm specializing in hardware based cyber security solutions. Ali was integral in creating, designing, & implementing multiple US based Finance & Accounting Divisions. In addition, he oversaw and provided guidance for numerous acquisitions of complementary firms.
Mr. Kozlica has a B.S. & MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two daughters.

John Horn
John Horn brings more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and wireless industries. As a recognized IoT pioneer and leader, John brings a dynamic perspective to CoreKinect. His experience from former leadership positions at Ingenu, RacoWireless, and T-Mobile, allow him to provide business and operational guidance as CoreKinect continues its rapid growth. John's track record of visionary leadership and foresight into the wireless industry has fueled the adoption of IoT and M2M solutions across a wide array of verticals.
John holds a BA in Political Science from University of California at Davis. He currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ. He and his wife have 8 children.

Dick Lynch
Richard J. Lynch is president of FB Associates, LLC, which provides advisory and consulting services at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business operations.
Lynch was the EVP & Chief Technology Officer for Verizon Communications between 2007 and 2011 and EVP & CTO of Verizon Wireless and its predecessors since 1990.
Lynch is a Life Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and has been awarded patents in the field of wireless communications. For his leadership in the early years of wireless data, Lynch was honored with the President’s Award by the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA). He has also been inducted into the Wireless History Foundation’s Hall of Fame. He has been a frequent guest lecturer in academia and industry on technology and its business implications.
Lynch currently serves on the boards of Blackberry (NASDAQ: BBRY) and Ribbon Communications (NASDAQ: RBBN). He also serves in the capacity of an advisor or board member for various private companies.
Lynch is a graduate of Lowell Technological Institute (now University of Massachusetts) where he received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering. He has also completed post graduate work at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.

Mitchel Kelley
As Principal Engineer at CoreKinect, Mitchel architects and oversees all designs from prototype to production. With extensive experience with the entire product life cycle ranging from initial conceptualization to schematic creation, PCB layout, firmware and manufacturing test systems with stints at some of the industries foremost leaders in the field. Mitchel enjoys overcoming barriers to deliver top tier products. A true tinkerer at heart, no challenge is too great for him!
Mr. Kelley has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and son.
